My dears,

finally this year comes to an end and we're going to start a new one, that hopefully become happy, exited, full of new experiences, warm, creative, meaningful and balanced.

Christmas is over, but my christmas tree still sparkles and fills the room with warmness while it's rainy and grey outside.

7.) Bake your favourite cookies

8.) Take your mobile phone and computer off

9.) Meet friends

10.) Be present

11.) Listen to music

12.) Do something creative

13.) Eat raw chocolate

14.) Buy some flowers

15.) Write a letter to yourself

16.) Watch a lovely movie in the evening

17.) Light some candles

18.) Take a bath and a mask

19.) Cook a healthy meal of vegetables and fruits

20.) Love yourself
